Micron level dry fog dust suppression device
Application environment: Spray control system is widely used in belt transport port, steel smelter, cement factory, etc., in the inlet, discharge port, dust removal workshop spray dust.
Dry fog: Fog less than 10µm in diameter is called dry fog
Principle of micron level dry fog dust suppression when the size of water fog particles and dust particles is similar, the probability of adsorption, filtration, condensation is the largest.
Dry fog dust suppression device is the use of dry fog sprayer produced by 10µm of micro water fog particles, so that the dust particles bond with each other, coalesce, and settlement under the action of its own gravity. Dust can be coagulated by water bonding. If the size of water mist particles is close to that of dust particles, dust particles will collide with water mist particles and bond together when moving with air flow. The smaller the water mist particles are, the greater the coalescence probability is. As the coalescence dust mass becomes larger and heavier, it is easy to fall.
Dry fog dust suppression device consists of dry fog main engine, distribution box, air source, water source, water and gas distributor, spray assembly (spray assembly universal joint), water and gas connection pipeline and control signal line.
Water source includes filter, water pump, constant pressure water supply distribution control box
Sub-control box: The sub-control box is equipped with a field operation button to facilitate the on-site operation. The dry fog dust suppression operation can be realized in two modes: manual and automatic. In the automatic mode, the spray operation is automatically controlled by the programmable controller (PLC) according to the operation of the equipment or the dust concentration
